Our Aluminum bottles are designed to be sealed exactly as a standard glass bottle is sealed in a bottle filler – with a metal pry off cap, a Roll On Pilfer Proof (ROPP) cap, or a standard (non pilfer proof) twist top cap. Our bottles can also be corked, and a swing top cap option is also available, as is a child resistant cap for customers with this requirement.
While pry off caps for aluminum bottles have a slightly different sealing surface than glass bottle caps, the outer dimensions are identical to a standard cap so they will run through a standard capper. Although customers are welcome to test their own caps to determine if they provide an acceptable seal, can only guarantee a seal when using caps we provide.
